Due to the nature of our bespoke, hand made products, all sales are final unless damaged via transit.

Returns/exchangesrefunds for damages products should be emailed to: support@alixclo.com within 7 business days of product delivery.

Due to the complexity of the International Fragrance Association (IFRA) regulations and their ongoing changes, we do not have the bandwidth to monitor every guideline. This would require dedicated resources beyond our current capacity.

However, we do adhere to the formulation guidance and safety percentages provided by our suppliers to ensure the safety of our products.

If you are sensitive to certain fragrance materials, we recommend conducting a patch test before full use. We also suggest starting with a small bottle before committing to a full-size purchase.
