We accept credit or debit cards. We currently accept Paypal. Visitors should check the processing fee for their credit or debit card company or payment service provider before placing an order. Alix Clo is not responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of transactions concluded without consultation with the debit/credit card company or any payment provider.

You can cancel your order up to the point before payment has been processed by your system.

Certain products are limited in number, therefore, these products are subject to return or exchange only based on our Return policy. 

The colors and images of products are a mere representation of the original product. We shall not be responsible for the alteration of any color or image from your browser or monitor. All the prices of our products and services are subject to change without any intimation at any time.

It is in the sole discretion of Alix Clo to correct any error, omissions or inaccuracies, and to modify, update or change the information on the website.  

Alix Clo does not have any obligation to update, modify or change the information in services, including pricing of the products, or any other content.

SECTION 16: REFUND POLICY

Return policy

We run on finite resources, and our products are made by hand. Therefore, our return policy is valid for 7 days only if the product is defective, damaged or different than ordered. We do not provide returns in any other case. 

If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot give you a refund.

If  you find out that the product is defective or is different from the specified order, please notify us via email to support@alixclo.com within 7 days of receipt. You must state the reason for the return, as well as the order number and product description. Then return the item in its original packaging. After inspection and confirming that the goods are damaged or are different then ordered, we will contact you to provide a full refund, replacement or exchange.

Since returns are not allowed users are requested to check the ingredients  of the products on our website before placing the order to avoid any allergies or sensitiveness from using the products.

Fair use

If we find an unusual pattern when returning an item that does not seem fit (e.g. if the returned item does not match the description), your account will be deactivated and all related accounts will be deactivated.

Refund (if applicable)

Once the return has been received and inspection has been done, we will send you an email informing you that we have received the returned item. We will also tell you if your refund has been approved or denied. After the return request is confirmed, the return address will be provided through email or any other medium.

Upon approval, your refund will be processed and credit will be automatically credited to your original credit card or payment method within a certain number of days. 

All costs for return are the responsibility of the customer. On approval of return there is a $7 charge for shipping labels.  

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your return to be officially announced.

Then contact your bank. It often takes time to process the return before sending it.

Exchange (if applicable)

We provide replacement only if the products delivered are defective, damaged or different than the order placed. If you need to exchange for the same product, please email us at support@alixclo.com.

 

SECTION 17: SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping charges and expected delivery dates are displayed on the checkout page at the time of your order. This information also appears in your order confirmation email.

It takes around 5 days for order and payment processing. We package and ship your order as soon as we get credit card authorization and order is processed. The carriers that may be used are USPS and UPS. At this moment we ship our products in the US only. Shipping may be delayed due to natural calamity, COVID, war etc. Alix Clo will not be responsible for late delivery in that case. 

 

Domestic Delivery(USA) rates

Domestic delivery rates are determined during checkout. Rate decided during the checkout process shall be the final rate of shipping.

Standard delivery:

Standard delivery generally arrives between 5-15 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. However, standard delivery range may vary due to many factors like your zip code etc.
